Luxury River Vessels under Maltese Flag are looking for a qualified Sous Chef (m/f) to start asap.
The rotation for Chefs is approximately 12 weeks onboard and 4 weeks vacation. Net Wage appr. € 3100.
If you work according to rotation schedule, you will receive the same amount when you are on vacation.
You will have free accommodation, double occupancy, shared bathroom up to 4 people.

Anforderungsprofil
- a chef certification or other relevant apprenticeship
- a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a luxury international property or cruise ship
- a sound knowledge of culinary arts and fine dining is essential
- very good spoken English (needs to score at least 70% in the onboard English proficiency test)
- very good administrative and organizational skills
- must remain calm under pressure
