Senior Sous Chef

Our client is a lluxurious five star hotel in central London with more than 300 rooms and suites, conference and events facilities for up to 600 guests and 2 exclusive restaurants.
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Sous Chef ( m / f) to join the team.
Your main duties will include:
- assist the Executive Chef in developing and implementing new menus for all kitchens (all day dining, main kitchen, banqueting kitchen)
- helping out in all kitchens when required
- ensuring that the standards are maintained at all times
- ensuring hygienic standards
- supervising and training of staff

Anforderungsprofil
- successfully completed apprenticeship as chef
- working experience in a similar role and in a similar environment (both hotels and restaurants)
- very good command of English
- able to work under pressure
- Hands on
- leadership skills
