Restaurant Manager for Bistro Style Restaurant. 4* Hotel & Spa on Jersey - Channel Islands

We are looking for a friendly, courteous, driven and experienced indivual to join the F&B team of a four star hotel.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the bistro style restaurant of the hotel. This is a hands-on role. You are able to further develope and motivate your team to maintain and exceed the guests´ overall experience.

Anforderungsprofil

• strong leadership skills

• ability to train others effectively

• excellent customer care

• relevant experience in a Restaurant Management or Assistants role

• fluency in English (French or German desirable)

• highly self motivated with good presentation and time management
• a good knowledge of food and wine (desireable WSET level 2)
