Sous Chef Patissier

for a five star hotel in central London

A luxurious five star hotel in central London is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Sous Chef Pastry ( m / f) to join the pastry team asap.


The hotel features more than 300 rooms, meeting space for up to 400 guests, and 2 exclusive restaurants.

Your main duties will include:

  • creating desserts and afternoon tea selection
  • managing and supervising staff
  • assisting in ordering and stock taking
  • replacing the Head Pastry Chef during absence
  • assisting in creating the menu
  • cost control



  • finished apprenticeship as chef / confectioner
  • previous working experience in a similar environment
  • excellent knowledge of food trends and pastry
  • excellent leadership, communication and organistational skills
  • very good command of English
  • creativity
  • able to work under pressure
  • teamplayer
