We are currently recruiting an experienced, creative and innovative Head Pastry Chef for the fine dining restaurant of a 5* London hotel.


Your duties include:

  • supervising the restaurant's pastry team in the preparation and service of food
  • ensuring the high quality standards are maintained
  • working together closely with the hotel's Exec.Pastry Chef and the restaurant's Head Chef
  • ensuring the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are kept clean and tidy / HACCP


  • previous similar experience in a restaurant up to at least 3 rosette level
  • creativity and innovation in the execution of dishes
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
  • abitility to lead and develop junior members of the team
  • very good command of English
  • an eye for details
