Our client is a vibrant restaurant (Asian inspired cuisine) in the centre of London with about 200 seats and private dining area.
We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef (m/f) to join the team asap.
Your duties will include:
- responsible for a smooth running of the pastry section
- creating high quality desserts
- supervising and training of staff
- ensuring the high quality standards
- cost control

Anforderungsprofil
- succesfully completed education as chef and / or confectioner
- working experience in a similar role (at least you have already worked as Sous Chef Pastry)
- working experience in a similar environment / high quality restaurants
- leadership skills
- team player
- very good command of English
- able to work under pressure
