Our client is an exclusive fine dining restaurant (3AA rosettes, about 50 seats, private and business events for up to 100 guests) in Hertfordshire & is looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f) to join the team as soon as possible.

Your duties will include:

• running your own station
• Mise en Place
• taking orders, recommeding food and beverages
• cashiering
• helping out in the bar area
• maintaining the high service standards
• ensuring hygienic standards and cleanliness at all times

Anforderungsprofil

• succesfully completed education / apprenticeship in the hotel and catering trade
• good command of English
• previous working experience in a similar environment
• positive working attitude
• reliable
• teamplayer
• friendly and outgoing personality
• tidy and clean appearance
