Executive Pastry Chef

Our client is an exclusive luxury lodge on New Zealand's South Island (about 10 suites, all day dining restaurant - also open for non-residents, private dining-facilities, lounge, exclusive spa area)
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef (m/f) to join the team asap.
Your duties include:
- responsible for the pastry department
- preparing and producing high qualit desserts, breads, pastries, cakes for special occassions..
- menu development (daily changing dessert menu, daily changing bread and pastry selection)
- supervising and training of staf
- quality and cost control
- ordering, inventory
