Mr. Martin Schwank has 20 years working experience as General Manager for international Hotel chains and decided to open the office of Teamwork One in Munich in 2011.

He spent many years overseas and got to know many different cultures and people. The recruitment within the Hotel Industry and Gastronomy enables Mr. Schwank continued contact with people from across the globe.

Mr. Schwank began his gastronomical career in Switzerland, where he completed a classic apprenticeship as Chef and attended the Hotel Industry College in Luzern.

Over the course of his professional career, before Mr. Schwank joined Teamwork One, he was already very much involved in the recruitment sector.
