A five star country house hotel in England is looking for a motivated and qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f) for it's fine dining restaurant.

Your main duties include:

• assisting the Restaurant Manager in a smooth running of the restaurant

• monitoring the team’s performance

• training and development

• paperwork, cashing-up

• dealing with complaints

Anforderungsprofil

• finished apprenticeship in the hotel and catering trade
• previous experience at least as supervisor, Head Waiter or Senior Chef de Rang is essential
• knowledge of wines and spirits
• excellent knowledge of service
• very good command of English
