Our client, a four star hotel on the Island of Jersey, Channel Islands, is seeking to recruit a Sous Chef Pastry (m/f) with very good English language skills and ideally with previous experience in a big 4* hotel.

Your Profile:
- cookery qualifications or equivalent
- have a good knowledge of HACCP and be able to maintain an excellent standard of food safety within the department
- a solid work history, at least 2 years previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel or 1/2 rosette restaurant to sous chef level
- a good level of spoken and written English
- good interpersonal manners and work well in ateam
