A luxurious five star hotel in central London is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Sous Chef Pastry ( m / f) to join the  team.

 

The hotel has more than 300 rooms and suites, conference and events facilities for up to 600 guests and 2 exclusive restaurants.

 

Your main duties will include:

  • ensuring that the standards are maintained at all times 
  • developing and implementing new menus/ideas
  • ensuring hygienic standards
  • supervising, managing and motivating of staff

Anforderungsprofil

  • finished apprenticeship as chef - confectioner
  • previous working experience in a similar role
  • working experience within large operations
  • creativity 
  • ability to work under pressure
  • good communication skills
  • an eye for details
