A luxurious five star hotel in central London is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Sous Chef Pastry ( m / f) to join the team.
The hotel has more than 300 rooms and suites, conference and events facilities for up to 600 guests and 2 exclusive restaurants.
Your main duties will include:
- ensuring that the standards are maintained at all times
- developing and implementing new menus/ideas
- ensuring hygienic standards
- supervising, managing and motivating of staff
Anforderungsprofil
- finished apprenticeship as chef - confectioner
- previous working experience in a similar role
- working experience within large operations
- creativity
- ability to work under pressure
- good communication skills
- an eye for details
