Our client, a five star hotel in New Zealand, with more than 400 rooms and suites, venues for private & business meetings for up to 1400 guests and 2 exceptional restaurants, is looking for a Sous Chef for In Room Dining (m/f)
Your duties include:
- preparing, presenting and displaying all dishes
- supervising, motivating and training of staff
- control of hygienic standards and cleanliness
- replacing the Head Chef during absence
- assistance in ordering
- inventory

Anforderungsprofil
- finished apprenticeship as chef
- working experience within a similar operation and a similiar position is a must
- Good management, leadership and training skills
- able to work under pressure
- creative
- very good command of English
