Sous Chef Patissier

langfristige Stelle in einem Fünf Stern Hotel in Auckland

Our client is a five star hotel in New Zealand, with more than 400 rooms and suites, venues for private & business meetings for up to 1400 guests and 2 exceptional restaurants-  

 

We are  looking for Sous Chef Pastry (m/f)  to join the kitchen team.



Permanent position, starting date as soon as possible.
 

 

 

Your duties will include:

  • assisting the Head Pasry Chef in a smooth running, replacing the Head Pastry Chef during absence
  • supervising and training of staff
  • quality and cost control
  • ensuring hygienic standards and cleanliness
  • assistance in ordering, inventory
!! Please note that the hotel does not offer accommodation and is not covering costs for flights / visa !!

Anforderungsprofil

  • finished apprenticeship as chef - confectioner
  • working experience in a similar role and in a similar environment is necessary
  • passion for production / banquets
  • able to work under pressure
  • leadership skills
  • creative
  • organised
  • very good command of English
