Sous Chef

Topstelle in London in einem zentral gelegenen gehobenen Pub

We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef (m/f) for an upscale pub in Central London.

About 60 seats, 2 seperate rooms for private and business events.

Your duties will include:

• asssisting the Head Chef in a smooth running of the kitchen
• supervising and training of staff
• preparation of dishes, quality control

Anforderungsprofil

• finished apprenticeship as Chef
• working experience in a simliar environment
• leadership skills
• very good command of English
• teamplayer
• creative
• an eye for detail
• willing to stay at least one year
