Our client is an exclusive fine dining restaurant (3AA rosettes, about 50 seats, private and business events for up to 100 guests) in Hertfordshire & is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f) to join the team as soon as possible.

Your duties will include:

• supporting the Restaurant Manager in a smooth running of the service
• replacing the Restaurant Manager during absence
• managing the team
• ensuring the high sevice standards
• duty rotas, holiday planning
• control of hygienic standards and cleanliness in the restaurant
• guest relations
• complaint management
• administrative duties

Anforderungsprofil

• succesfully completed education / apprenticeship in the hotel and catering trade
• previous working experience in a similar role
• Fine dining background in Michelin Star / AA Rosettes environment
• Hands on
• leadership skills
• good command of English
• friendly and outgoing personality
• ability to work well within a team
• positive working attitude
