Restaurant Supervisor
Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager required. Four Star Hotel on the Island of Jersey
Four Star Hotel on the Island of Jersey is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor (m/f) for it´s bistro style restaurant.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, duties will include ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant by supervising, motivating and supporting the team.
The ideal candidate should be driven, friendly, with relevant experience and be of smart appearance. You should have a good knowledge of food & wine service within a 4* establishment and provide high quality customer service .

Anforderungsprofil
- At least 1 year working experience at a supervisory level in a fast paced, modern style Brasserie / Bistro
- Excellent communication & fluency in English, French is an advantage
- Excellent customer care
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management
- Highly self motivated and good presentation;
- Good interpersonal manners and works well in a team
- Adaptable, flexible and ready to learn
