Längerfristige Stelle in einem Top 5* Hotel mit preisgekrönten Restaurants im Südwesten von England

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Waiter (m/f) for of a five star luxury hotel in the Southwest of England.

The hotels boasts 40 luxurious rooms and suites, an exclusive Spa Area, event facilities for up to 120 guests and 2 restaurants (including one Michelin star restaurant)

Your duties will include:

• supervising the service of food and beverages
• assisting the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Restaurant Manager in any reasonable duty required
• supervising and training of staff
• ensuring mise en place before service
• duty rotas
• replacing the Ass. Restaurant Manager and the Restaurant Manager when necessary
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

• finished apprenticeship in the hotel and catering trade
• working experience as a Junior Head Waiter or Head Waiter in a similar enviroment 
• fine dining experience

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Excellent food and wine knowledge

• Excellent customer service and social skills

• Strong Leadership ability and an attention to detail

• very good command of English
