A luxurious five star hotel in central London is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Head Chef (m/f) to take over the responsibility for the fine dining restaurant.
The hotel features more than 300 rooms, meeting space for up to 400 guests, and 2 exclusive restaurants.
Your duties will include:
- responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant
- creating the menu
- supervising the team
- ensuring the high quality standards
- ensuring hygienic standards and cleanliness
- duty rotas
- ordering, purchasing

Anforderungsprofil
- finished apprenticeship as chef
- working experience in a similar environment / in fine dining is essential
- very good command of English
- able to work under pressure
- good supervisory skills
