A beautifully located hotel near London with more than 90 rooms, meeting facilities for up to 140 guests, restaurant and bar is looking for a Head Chef (m/f) to join the team asap.

Duties include:

• responsible for a smooth running of the kitchen
• managing and motivating the kitchen team
• quality and cost control
• duty rotas
• ordering, purchasing, inventory
• involved in recruitment of kitchen staff
• ensuring hygienic standards and cleanliness

Anforderungsprofil

• succesfully completed education as chef
• working experience at least as Sous Chef
• able to work under pressure
• very good command of English
• excellent supervisory skills
