Junior Sous Chef

A luxurious five star hotel in central London is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Junior Sous Chef Pastry ( m / f) to join the pastry team asap.
The hotel features more than 300 rooms, meeting space for up to 400 guests, and 2 exclusive restaurants.
Your main duties will include:
- creating desserts and afternoon tea selection
- assisting in ordering and stock taking
- replacing the Head Pastry Chef / Sous Chef Pastry during absence
- assisting in creating the menu
- quality and cost control
Anforderungsprofil
- finished apprenticeship as chef / confectioner
- previous working experience in a similar environment
- good knowledge of food trends and pastry
- very good command of English
- creativity
- able to work under pressure
- teamplayer
