Our client, a five star hotel in New Zealand, with more than 400 rooms and suites, venues for private & business meetings for up to 1400 guests and 2 exceptional restaurants, is looking for a Sous Chef for the Gardemanger-section (m/f)
Your duties include:
- supervising, motivating and training of staff
- preparing, presenting and displaying all dishes
- control of hygienic standards and cleanliness
- ordering, inventory
- quality control

Anforderungsprofil
- finished apprenticeship as chef
- working experience in a similar role and in a similar environment
- able to work under pressure
- leadership skills
- creative
- organised
- very good command of English
