Executive Pastry Chef

luxurious lodge on New Zealand's South Island

Our client is an exclusive luxury lodge on New Zealand's South Island (about 10 suites, all day dining restaurant - also open for non-residents, private dining-facilities, lounge, exclusive spa area)

 

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef (m/f) to join the team asap.

 

Your duties include:

  • responsible for the pastry department
  • preparing and producing high qualit desserts, breads, pastries, cakes for special occassions..
  • menu development (daily changing dessert menu, daily changing bread and pastry selection)
  • supervising and training of staf
  • quality and cost control
  • ordering, inventory
