Our client, a luxurious five star hotel in central London , is currently looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie Pastry (m/f) to join the team asap.

The hotel features more than 300 rooms, meeting space for up to 400 guests, and 2 exclusive restaurants.

Anforderungsprofil

• successfully completed apprenticeship as chef / confectioner
• working experience in a similar environment and at least as Commis Pastry
• good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
• good knowledge of English
• willing to stay at least one year
• able to work under pressure
• teamplayer
