Marzellus Keizers manages the office in Weiden in the Oberpfalz.
For a long time now, Mr. Keizers has been working as an employer for Personnel Recruitment agencies, after taking up his first position in the year 2000 as Managing Director in the Hotel Industry and Gastronomy. Until 2010, Mr. Keizers worked as Manager and Director for renowned companies in Germany.
He joined the network of Teamwork One in 2011 and opened the office in Weiden.
A Gastronomy expert through and through, who in his younger years completed a classic apprenticeship in the Restaurant Industry and as a Chef, he spent a few years experiencing the industry before completing his Hotel Industry College qualifications in 1998.
Mr. Keizers is very pleased, that over the course of a few years, he was able to establish a strong and pleasant customer base. His focus was initially the recruitment within the Food and Beverage sector, but his close and excellent co-operation with his customers has now been extended further and includes all areas of the Hotel Industry and Gastronomy.
His polite, accommodating and professional manner is very much appreciated by many applicants and continue to contact Mr. Keizers when planning their next career move.
Some of his first applicants have in the meantime become employers themselves, who appreciate his excellent services, especially as looking for the right personnel is getting more difficult.
