A fast paced restaurant in Vienna with more than 14o seats, bar area and terrace for up to 160 additional guests is looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager (m/f) to join the team asap.

Your duties will include:

• directing all operations in the restaurant to ensure that the business is financially successful, using innovative and creative sales and marketing concepts
• coordinating all operations between the departments
• responsible for motivating and training of staff
• ensuring guest satisfaction at all time

Job profile

• finished apprenticeship in the hotel and catering trade
• working experience in a similar environment and in a similar role
• excellent command of English
• strong leadership skills
• able to work under pressure
