All Day Dining Restaurant Fünf Stern Hotel im Zentrum von London
A five star hotel in central London is currently recruiting a Head Chef (m/f) for All Day Dining (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service)
The hotel has more than 300 rooms, meeting space for up to 400 guests, 2 exclusive restaurants and a luxury Spa Area.
Duties include:
- overall responsibility for the all day dining-kitchen
- ensuring a smooth running of the kitchen
- cost control
- supervising and training of staff
- delivering high qualitly food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, special events) at all times
- creating the menu
- reporting to the Executive Chef
Package includes:

Job profile
- successfully completed apprenticeship as chef
- previous working experience in a similar role and in a similar environment
- excellent communication skills
- excellent command of English
- leadership skills
- able to work under pressure
- creativity
- an eye for details
