A five star luxury hotel in Auckland is looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f) to join the team asap.
The hotel has more than 400 rooms, meeting and event facilities for over 1000 guests, execptional restaurants and bars and an exclusive Spa Area.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Running your own section
- supervising of Commis and Demi Chefs
- preparing and producing dishes
- maintaining the high quality standards
- ensuring hygienc standards and cleanliness

Job profile
- finished apprenticeship as a chef
- previous working working in a similar role and in a similiar environment
- used to work in a fast-paced environment
- interested in a long-termed position
- very good command of English
- team player
