Four star Hotel on the Island of Jersey is looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie (m/f) for it´s bistro style restaurant.
Duties will include combining culinary and supervisory skills, the day-to-day running of the pastry section in compliance with policies and procedures.

Job profile
